How do I submit artwork for my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. In this email, you will be asked to reply with art for your order. Should you have any questions, please email sales@hasslefreepromos.com and someone from our team will help you.

What type of file formats do you accept?
To ensure a fast and accurate decoration process, we like to receive artwork in a usable vector format. These include Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS. Don't have a vector file - no worries, you can submit high resolution JPG or TIFF files that are at least 300 dpi. Please be sure and convert all fonts to outline before submitting them.

Can I order more than one daily deal?
Yes. You can order up to 3 of the daily deals. You will be prompted at checkout to indicate how many deals you would like to order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. As an Oklahoma LLC we are mandated to add all applicable state and local taxes to your order.

Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS for orders.

What is Hassle Free's return policy?
Since all of our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please email us at customerservice@hasslefreepromos.com within 30 days of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order,we will issue a return authorization and begin the process to replace the defective product.

I don't see what I want on today's deal - what else do you offer?

How long does it take to receive my order?
While each product differs, the average delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
